It seems those on this Board represent the humans that have supplied ALL of the resources; the implementation for years appears to be a train wreck, and this company refuses to be accountable or be held accountable for any of it.

If there are a lot of users/customers/patients resulting from all of these "contracts," why is it so difficult to discover reviews and ratings of end-users of this service in a web search?
