Translation: They should not be held accountable and just be allowed to do this all over again to others.  



I'm saying that should absolutely be held accountantable and be banned from having any management or BOD position in a publically traded company. Until the securities law changes, good luck with that. In my view there has never been protection for investors.

So it continues to be the old saying when investing in the stock market, you pays your money, you takes your chances. Really at the end of the day your investing in the management of any company, trusting them with our hard earned cash.

It would certainly appear that we have all been had.
