Mathew Lee exercised some options recently at $0.415/ea. but Reliq’s financial statements do not show $0.415 options were ever issued. What gives?

Co. issues options to CFO in jan 2021 but he files insider report saying he received them March 2020. Hope you get a reply Iscfa, I have sent in a few inquiries with no response, hoping they are to busy on-boarding and meeting with potential clients for contracts to answer retail questions.

@ifsca Really not much of a mystery or a conspiracy.  The stock traded at that level in January 2021 which was after the last reporting period.  So it would be safe to assume he was granted those options in January.  You need to stop tilting at windmills and get another hobby than coming up with fake conspiracy theories agains Reliq.
