Each new contract means new clients. I agree that the clients are fluid and that initial counts are worthless at this stage. After a contract is in force for a year or two, RHT may be able to estimate a percentage of the contractors' patients that have active service, but at the start this is futile. The one thing sure is that new contracts do not reduce clients. At worst a new contract adds none but the chances are very significant that a new contract will add some. Keep those contracts coming! :)
