Reverse stock split

All this time convincing people that Lisa is not doing a reverse split. Wow more dissapponted to see some people here agree with that idea. What happened to share buy back and bringing share holder value as a plan... just some thoughts

Vitalina i know i watched her interviews. I remember her saying bringing share holder value by buying back shares with apperently free cash flow she will achieve by end of year lol. There was not a chance she was going to do a reverse split according to her. Sometimes i feel like she winging it. Whatever people wanna hear at the time until she hits a wall and backpedals on her own words.

When a company is doing WELL, doing a revese split to bump it to NASDAQ  can bring oppotunity for good profit to stockholders. That proved the case with Equinox Gold.  HOWEVER,  if the company is not doing well, any reverse split is just a gaming activity to fleece stockholders further. The  company that does that is in a death spiral, and the best thing is take a loss and

Totally agree! All we need is a couple of back to back GOOD QR's. Then the stock will take off. So if NASDAQ listing has to wait so be it...

Lisa does seem to backpedal, and she is overly optimistic. I think (all IMO), that her enthusiasm is part of the reason that she made it through the messes of the past, she has a fire burning inside her to make Reliq phenomenally successful. I believe she was called every name in the book by shareholders, yet; she forged forward. Without her, we would not have made it out of the hell we were in a

Look, no matter how you play it the facts speak for themselves. Right now we have Cognizant partnership + Data Soft deal. Data soft alone is worth 36mil next year and up to 360mil/yr at full deployment. Plus the rest of the contracts that combined are worth about as much. So realistically, we are looking at 500mil/yr revenue that is already on paper and just needs do be uploaded onto the system

Where did she promise a $5 SP or a NASDAQ listing by May? Either document such is the plan or explain why you just made it up.

She never said that. $4-$5 by the end of the year is plausible if the financials look good and we get some of those big contrscts signed up. So fasten your seatbelts... This year should be interesting!

The Jun year end audited results will not be filed until October 31.    Also, you can't get on the Nasdaq with 3 f'ing directors.
