It doesn't make a difference, Thursday, Friday, same shyte!!! News of new clients doesn't really move the price anymore, like it used to in years past. Investors are looking at actual numbers that hopefully will show massive onboarding, and receivables collection at a faster pace. GLTA!!!

I agree no one cares. I say you need customers to collect money from. So as they rack up more just means more money down the rad.

She mentioned in her last presentation that the company is currently profitable. I know i mentioned this before and I m still surprised that people had no reaction in regards to that statement. I think it s very important if indeed it s correct

Queue dumbboat to explain to you that reliq uses multiple descriptions of profitablity and it's up to you to figure out which description they are using at the time.

The last statement in your post says it all, Lisa's words do not instill a whole lot of trust these days with the markets or investors. Talk is cheap, the proof has to be in the financial reports, when and if that starts to ocurr on a consistent basis, then we might have something here. GLTA.

Also, in the last minute or two of the lytham presentation from only a couple of days ago, that's definitely NOT what she said.    Please provide from which instance you are referring to....

I'll believe it when I see it in the "audited" fins.     Jan. 11, 2018 -- Reliq Health Technologies Inc. (TSX-V:RHT), a technology company focused on developing innovative mobile health (mHealth) solutions for Community-Based Healthcare, is pleased to announce that it closed 2017 with over 6,000 paid subscribers using its iUGO Care chronic care management ...more

look at the last investor presentation on their web site. This is what the opening sentence stated: Reliq is a rapidly growing, profitable telemedicine company that develops innovative Virtual Care SaaS solutions for the multibillion-dollar healthcare market

On an adjusted EBITDA basis, where the "adjustment" involves taking out all the share based compensation.......which is how they have been paying a large portion of their expenses.   You have to determine what you want profitable to mean to yourself.
Comment by aaaaaargh on Feb 03, 2023 12:20am
PS.   That "profitable" claim is also not new.   They have been saying that for a long time now....

I took a random investor presentation from their website, and used the one from March of 2022.   They used the same claim at the beginning of the presentation, at least that far back......

FX gains/losses should be removed from the adj. ebitda calc too as they are similar to one time items that will not repeat.   Foreign exchange, we have already received questions from the financials that we filed last night about the foreign exchange amount on the income statement, which was over $500,000. The reason for that foreign exchange amount, that line item, it just reflects the ...more
