it must be for hiring of new managers as previous PR indicated. "Due to our accelerating traction with large US healthcare clients, we are currently adding multiple Care Managers and Implementation Specialists to support the large deployments that we are initiating in multiple States across the US"

Which would suggest that Reliq has not collected enough cash from its receivables to cover the cost of new employees.  Issuing shares to pay for staff, that is not a very good business practice.

Investing is hard.   Investing in the small cap world is even harder.   We all make mistakes.   It is impossible to have a perfect batting average.   I am tempted to say that pessimism has reached bottom and now would be a good time to buy shares in Reliq....  But there are so many other small cap undiscovered profitable companies trading at a much

SISBOOMBAH, everyone who bought into RHT knew that it was a risk. And it still comes with risk. I have no idea of how poor Mitch43 is ever going to get over this investment and hope there's some kind of a release from his apparent ongoing nightmare.
