Why don't other US healthcare co.s have these delays?     How the hell will Reliq prevent this happening next year?

Auditors may be checking to see if patients actually received devices shipped to them which I believe was direct from supplier and not through clients.   One of the things that we've learned that I found very interesting when our care managers started reaching out to patients who are not adherent, so once we contacted the existing clients have gotten permission to contact the patients

If this is part of the reasons for the audit delay its's all Reliq's fault. How the hell do you not know that 6 or 9 months has passed since a device was shipped and not yet been activated? Fire the software developer.
