The BCSEC case has not been finallized with more details yet to come, including what ever participation, if any, by the former CEO that just recently resigned, Also the release of the Audit numbers the ex ceo was responsible for have not been release either.... . The possibility of furthur class action lawsuits and further indictments is still possible, and also the results of the audit could cause further legal issues as well.... What people, and court documents are telling you, is that Reliq is not a real health care company but a pump and dump scheme. As an investor, it is quite useful information that you aren't holding properly operating business, but simply a vehicle used to commit fraud
