Interview with interim CEO

Comment by lscfa on Feb 06, 2024 8:30am
Sounds like Crossley totally neglected implementing any type of internal controls in the co. It did not help that the 3 member BOD (which includes Crossley) were all on the audit committee. No bloody independence whatsoever.
Comment by kusio1 on Feb 06, 2024 8:43am
How did they squeeze by last year with no internal controls? Took a while for KPMG to say 'enough is enough' and after getting quarterly revenues revised down (of course, "mistakes" only happen in one direction in pump and dumps) every single quarter during an audit they refused to let it slide this time?

"How did they squeeze by last year with no internal controls?"  -  bloody long term receivables grew from $7M to $24M in past year.

unbelievable..
Comment by RottenRonnie7 on Feb 06, 2024 10:51am
yes, it truly is unbelievable......could think of a few other adjectives too but, to me what is astonishing ....these people are delusional! making statements that "the board is happy with him" referring to the 'interim ceo'.......who just happens to be one of only 3 people on the board.  they are still going on about a nasdaq listing....delusion, someone want to splain ...more

Shipping devices to patients and being unaware that they were still not activated 9 months later = total lack of internal controls
Comment by kusio1 on Feb 06, 2024 9:36am
The question is whether they were sending out invoices for those patients

something new from thie video: reasons for delay -1, new measures from regulators, 2, cfo's faults as i am suspecting,. One good suggestion : to change the board members from politician to professionals.

I have always tried to maintain a neutral opinion when it comes to Reliq health and the ongoing troubles this company seems to find itself in. So I must offer my opinion that I find this interview to be suspect, from the standpoint of how do we know that this is legit? I mean who is this guy running the interview? More importantly where is the face of Chris Shields giving his answers to the asked ...more

As mentioned before, NEW BOARD, NEW CEO, PROFFESIONAL TRANSPARENT BUSINESS PEOPLE that know how to truly run a company, or at least whats left of it and if it survives.

Tropicalsun, "I find this interview to be suspect, from the standpoint of how do we know that this is legit? ....There is no proof that he was even talking to Chris Shields" Great observation....Because From my own perspective, we all know about that  Chris Shields interview on this board from a Mingzhu ( AKA Lifeboat) post informing us that someone using the profile of ...more

Maintaining a neutral position is pretty weak here.  I wish you well.  The stock is halted so imho anyone can put anything out there and it does not matter. When the NR's come out the market will decide. Whatever spin is being put on a halted stock is just not worth the oxygen.
Comment by Tropicalsun on Feb 06, 2024 11:12pm
Fair enough, but that also includes your spin as well. Funny that your always wasting oxygen replying to so many posts, especially the ones that you dissagree with. I think that far too many of you nonstop negative nellies, especially the ones that claim to have no shares can't fatham that this company and stock just might live to see the light of day. If that turns out to be the case, I ...more

The discovery by the auditors of a total neglect of internal financial controls makes me think the auditors are making the co. implement the controls and then making co. reprocess every damn transaction over last 12 months of fiscal 2023 using the new controls so auditors can verify system and no.s work.     Nov 14/23 - As previously disclosed, we recently completed a private ...more

You are correct. There was no control. Just think the former CEO is still actually getting paid some money.  All those contracts and the terms. All thos contracts that people were impressed with, even me. Are not being accounted for to aceptable standards. They were all deemed to pay in full with very little allowance for doubtful accounts with a less than 70% adherence rate.  And the ...more

The auditors have found their full employment program, so I don't expect them to let go of it.

$13.5M hardware sales in fiscal 2023 => ~ 45,000 transactions that require adequate recordkeeping. Did Reliq have to re-create documents for all these transactions? Were records inadequate because Reliq overdid it in protecting patient privacy?
