No posts because there is no communication by management of any information. Can they keep doing for as long as regulators don't really regulate?

Mgmt abusing CTO. Deliberately delaying fins release until there's something good to report.

Received from adm. this morning: Hello,   The Company can not provide a definitive date at this time.  The Company is making progress and expects to complete the audit shortly.  The CTO will be lifted approximately 1 week after the financials are submitted.   Best Regards,   Reliq Investor Relations

Well, I got the exact same response on May 6th so, ''The Company is making progress and expects to complete the audit shortly'' line is a way to keep people patiently waiting... I tend to agree with LSCFA that management is pushing their luck with this on-going CTO...it is disgraceful not to communicate what is going on with the investment community on a regular basis.
