This is what I received back from investor relations when I asked for an update as a concerned shareholder.
It was may 3rd

The Company can not provide a definitive date at this time. The Company is making progress and expects to complete the audit shortly. The CTO will be lifted approximately 1 week after the financials are submitted.

The end of May date is the best bet so far, the Monet Narrative hasn't backed down on it yet. The 3rd quarter is another quarter coming due and they are at a investor conference as well at end of month. If they miss this someone will make a movie or write a book about Reliq :)
