I just tore a strip off a poor secretary who sympathized with my situation and will inform Surveillance tomorrow. I also left a message which the machine says is checked at 6:00am every day. CALL: 1-604-643-6505 and leave a message that Canacord dumped hundreds of thousands of shares before news came out and that this is illegal selling.
I have received 2 e-mail replies thus far:
I will forward your concerns to Joanne Butz in our compliance department and to several contacts (including Bruce Thompson) of Regulation Services, which regulates trading on the TSXV.
(email#2) I forwarded your complaint to Market Regulation Services Inc., which is responsible for doing the trading investigations. However, due to confidentiality, they do not contact the complainant with the outcome.
