That is because the entire sector was flying. HEMP just got caught up in the Mania. IMO, the Marijuana mania is wearing a little thin right now. Market corrections are good for the next leg up. However, I do see "cup and handle" forming in the RLV chart, which is very bullish, so you may just be right with RLV. Lets keep our fingers crossed that we are basing here in anticipation of the next leg up.
