HAHAHAHA - where did all of you morons come from?  Did yoy seriously graduate from high school this stupid???

RLV has NEVER made a good deal, EVER!  Even the first one, Bioganix, has left them incapable of creating value and the initial owners sunk the stock.  

The only constant: The CEO extracting pay to his consulting firm, and getting his friends (Sasha Asgary, etc...look up his criminal rap sheet, he was Investor relations and behind the "brilliant" Weedsense deal you guys all had boners for last year) sweet consulting agreements and side deals handing out millions of cheap warrants.

Either you're yet another person paid to pump this stock, or you're a blithering idiot.
