A public company has an obligation to file financials on a TIMELY basis - not whenever it feels like it, or when it makes their numbers look better.

This is why we have Securities regulators: to ensure that information is available for investors to make educated decisions.

It is high time to hold the consultant CEO Aurelio, his part-time CFO, and their two Board members (also chartered accountants) accountable and protect investors by ceasing all trading until the facts are made available.
