I cannot name a single success in the nearly four years I've followed this company...and yes, I was a believer for at least 18 months.
Then, a pattern emerged - here is the Top Ten List:
1. E-Commerce wasn't growing: "It's out of our control...Amazon algorithm".
2. Marketing spends exploded: "We have to compete for ad words...and are being outspent."
3. Distribution deal with Walmart: "Well, it's complicated."
4. Cannabis: "We'll hire a consultant...no wait, let's acquire the guy that used to work here and got fined for market manipulation...oh never mind, we can just tell stories and noboy will actually expect us to do anything. Remember LeafyLyfe brand?? How's that going???"
5. Push-Pull: Selling in basement discount stores
6. Hand Disinfectant: No sales
7. PPE: One and done...and no profits to show, only $2 million paid in cash to H-Source for the deal, plus millions of warrants at 5 cents.
8 Filing on time: Miss after miss and now in Cease Trade order
9. Auditors: 3 different ones in 3 years...they cannot make heads or tails of these numbers
10. Leadership team: VP Marketing quit; Prior CFO quit; Nobody left to actually manage company. Only two Board members left, both personal friends of RLV (conflict??)
