Lets face it shareholders as every day goes by we get closer to the 28th which I believe will be the final deadline....would not surprise me they get halted until everything is filed if not presented by the 28th.
I'm gonna see how the market plays this out, today is a more positive day for us but we have 8 full trading days (assuming the 24th is a half day) left. RLV did say they would try and have things out before the holidays and if that's the case it's logical the market will be ahead of it and we'll see it by volume and price. I'm buying and could care less who isn't my money your money kind of thing right.
