Alright. Let's focus on your questions:

1. Why disastrous?

If you're truly an interested observers, I'm sure that you have gone through the past five years of financial statements.

ALL of them have fallen short of promises.

The company has NEVER made money.

Its promises, via press releases and/or Town Halls, have never been substantiated via audited results.

It is absolutely rational to expect the incoming fins to continue a consistent, multiyear trend of disaster.

2. Why are you here "GodSword"?

We're talking about a 1.5 cent stock that has lost millions every year, whose sales are down 90% from peak, and whose shares are highly concentrated with AIP holding over 1/3rd of the 300 million shares outstanding.

Why would ANYONE want to touch this dying hyena of a company?

The statements are due at the end of the month... that much is correct, but have you seen the statements to deem them disasterous?

Lets wait and see what needs to be disclosed before making irrationale conclusions. Logic needs to be backed by recent or forward-looking evidence imo...

I am not bullish nor bearish... I am simply looking for clarity before making that opinion...
