Actually the market is not expecting news till Dec 27.... hence market maker… individual market participant or member firm of an exchange that also buys and sells securities for its own account, at prices it displays in its "exchange's trading systems" with the primary goal profiting from the buy and sell spread. Wrong again Neo.  RLV is past-due on the biweekly updates mandated by their almost two-month-old default on their financials, so we're waiting to once again confirm that NO MATERIAL BUSINESS has been conducted/closed in months.
