The Problem with the Supply Chain Excuse

Many of the bagholders will try pointing to backlogs in US ports as an excuse for why over a year has passed without a single new contract, nor news on the 13-month-old PPE contract, nor on the arrival of these infamous gloves.

The problem with this excuse: while there are delays of up to three weeks in sea ports, commerce continues.  Any professional company has simply increased its safety stock, but has not affected its flow of commerce.  For emergencies, professional companies have used air freight to buffer backlogs.

It is absolutely inexcusable for a company to say their delivery is "in the water" in early June, yet sit in October 2021 with no fulfillment updates.

Ergo: RLV is a sham, whose only purpose is to continue paying its "consultants" fees until the merrygoround stops....
