The only thing going higher with RLV
is the millions of shares at 1 cent on the bid...sell here while you still can.
They can't even file financials on time...and they haven't issued a single new deal/product launch/update on PPE in months...what makes you think anything positive will happen?
On the downside, you've got 4 years of consistent share price declines, over 120 millions shares needing to be converted to cash by AIP, and the fact RLV must raise another $2 million just to keep operating.

The regulators continue to let the scammers scam until the regulators don't get their fees or the scammer scams them. We are just left to be blatantly scammed. What a world
