what was this ceo telling shareholder over years to get out all money of them. Like i said it befor this Ceo is Lying to the bitter end. Absolute not trustable!!!

Personally I do not think you need to wory about his credibility, it is ZERO. What you should concern yourself with is the shares you own that will never trade again which means they are worthless.

Yes you are right but why he is not announce bankruptcy so i can take my taxloss next year. Why the change to NEX?

They are not bankrupt but they have ventured into creative accounting or have done something that the regulators are not pleased with. So since we can not do what we want to do on the up and up so lets try an exchange that has very little rules to protect shareholders. The CEO is shady at best IMHO.
