Realistically, Freeport could probably wait until a bankable was completed before needing to announce Timok as material and without violating any disclosure rules. Not sure why anyone would think Freeport would want to make any announcements to drive up RMC's share price when I think they realize they will be taking them out at some point, but all Freeport's actions indicate they think they will be here for the long haul.
