Me too, but I thought it was a fair deal, and was leaning toward a revaluation of multiple on the new NSU and thus I was happy with my returns thus far.

NSU has a problem and its not Eritrea.  But, the stock is being controlled, by a few major institutions/investors.  They control almost 50% of the stock.  The new NSU should or at least curtail their impact, as I believe it would attract serious attention.  The potential is huge.

From what I've been able to gather very few companies have done better than NSU.  All their mines have been built and paid for, and including mainteance, I'm guessing over $600 million.  They have almost $430 million in cash pre RMC proposal.  Add to that the dividend.

I know I'm repeating myself.  But, for RMC to get to that level of achievement, it would take many, many years.  The investment, in obtaining permits, buying land, building the mine, expanding it etc will probably cost over $1 billion.  To recoup that would take many many years.  Forget the nonsense of the pre-feasibility study.  and then it would take a few more years to actually have money in the bank and no debt and be able to pay dividends.
