A 50x return breaks even at a mere 2% probability for example, and thats assuming your investment otherwise goes to 0. If feasibility comes back positive we can easily be looking at a very different type of valuation expressed in dollars. Most investor cant stomach such a high variance gamble with timing as a big unknown.
