Are there many hoops to jump first? Permits, licensing? Are we talking months or a year? Any educated guesses please? In a way it does not matter as the trading volumes are low.

Again, TD waterhouse does not show the trade. I bought another 5000 shares at $.68, filled immediately, but does not show on the TD W app. It's as if nothing happened.
