RE:A PORTION OF THE FUNDS...My concern as well, I was thinking about getting back in, but after that NR I will take a pass, 1st red flag, it's just a partial payment, so VZ has defaulted on contract, 2nd is VZ is repeating same conduct as with other creditors, drag out paying on time, make partial payments, wait until $hit hits the fan, make more payment, rinse and repeat. I guess if you have to feed 100 monkeys and you only have 10 bananas that's a big problem.
