Figure the odds
The award of $1.62B US is 60 times RML's current mcap at 6c Canadian. Even if they only eventually get one sixth of the award, that's a 10 bagger. Why would VZ voluntarily dismiss its own appeal unless it wanted to settle the matter. Look back to 2018 when VZ came to RML to try to come to a deal which as I recall was thwarted by the Canadian banks refusing to accept the $100m sent because of pressure from US sanctions. Buying at 6c, the odds are vastly in your favour.

Another thing to remember is that before Venezuela exproriated their properties, the company had gold reserves of 5,584,000 oz. and Inferred reserves of about 6,805,000 oz. I wander how many of these oz. are still in the ground. Audi.

I have mentioned a couple times that a solution may be for VZ to allow RML to mine these reserves and use royalties to repay the award. Seems like a no brainer but I wonder if RML would be hesitant to risk operating in VZ again?
