Share outstanding
Hearing we are close to a billion with all warrants etc..If the award is paid at 1.4 bln .Shareholders may only get a dollar after taxes and legal fees. Can anyone shed some light on this .

Has the company even said what they plan to do with any award money? They aren't required to distribute it.

Don't expect RML to close up shop. They'll be looking for other investment opportunities for the money they receive. After all, they have paycheques and a livelihood to protect. I try to go by the old saying: "buy on the rumour, sell on the news."

With so many shares outstanding and income tax plus legal fees we might only see 90 cts to a dollar.Believe shares plus warrants etc is about 1 bln.

A distribution would be in the form of a dividend which is taxed at higher rates than capital gains. Better off to sell shares and realize a capital gain than wait for a dividend.

Do we know how many share outstanding and what the distribution might look like...maybe 1 dollar ,so better to sell at 75 cts.

Hi Hopeful, please look at the calculation SixBottles made https://ceo.ca/rml?4c63e58fc232 Rusoro will have around 650 million shares once you include options and warrants. Definitely not 1 billion. I think $1.5/share is most likely.

Funny you should mention that. I will buy your shares at .75.
