Rainy Mountain Royalty Corp. ... is pleased to report that it has appointed Robert Middleton, P.Eng., as the Qualified Person and geological consultant for the Company’s Ontario properties.
Mr. Middleton’s contributions to developing Ontario’s mineral wealth are not insignificant. In 1979, he led the Rosario Resources team that discovered the Bell Creek Mine in Timmins, Ontario and, in 1982, he played a role in drilling the discovery hole at the Goliath Mine in Hemlo, Ontario. He is also credited with discovering the Cross Lake zinc deposit near Timmins, Ontario in 1997 and conducted exploration in the Nipigon Plate that led to the discovery of the Seagull PGE deposits.
Mr. Middleton has had many significant achievements over his 40+ years in the mineral exploration industry.

a second phase of drilling in 2005 produced the following...
...a phenomenon of Pt : Pd ratio change was observed in NL05-16
where 3.80 : 0.523 g/t Pt : Pd was observed. [ 7.26 g Platinum to 1 g Palladium]
as well as 2.94 : 0.781 g/t Pt : Pd [ 3.76 g Platinum to 1 g Palladium]
general ratio for the property is 4 : 1 Pd:Pt [ 4 g Palladium to 1 g Platinum]

Hamlin, Deaty, Clay properties include an IOCG [iron-oxide-copper-gold] zone of about 12 1/2 km as portrayed in the 2008 East West Resources Annual Report.

The continuous reefs or layers at Seagull are exceptional for North America in that they have a consistent near 1:1 ratio of platinum to palladium, contrasted with much lower platinum content of most occurrences in North America
[d] Marshall Lake [Cu,Zn,Ag]
Copper [Cu] predominates in the western portion of the property, & Zinc in the eastern end
