Knife Lake Project Highlights

- Consists of 81 claims totaling 55,471 hectares
- Deposit is a remobilized portion of a presumably larger “primary” VMS deposit

Raney Gold Project Highlights
- Is a large prospective gold property covering ~2,800 hectares located
- $ROCK owns a 100% interest in the Raney Gold Project
- Early 2020 drilling program entailed 2,070 metres in nine diamond drill holes; highlight intercept in hole RN 20-06 of 28 g/t gold over 6 metres (uncut) at a shallow vertical level of 95 metres
- Results from the September 2020 drill program are expected soon
