Government "contract"I'm posting the original tender that was put out (RFP) Feb. 14 '09 for two weeks only. Unless a firm met the security requirements they wouldn't qualify to apply. An "ACAN" (Advance Contract Award Notice), which is what was put out there, appears to have been won by Route 1 hands down.
My question to other posters: wouldn't this mean that we have a contract here & not just have made it to a "contractor list" that gov't employees can buy from? Seems to me this is more solid than what some are saying even though the sales to departments will happen one by one to the allotted maximum of 20 million dollars?
