not NCIB buying today under ParadigmMooseslayer is correct that today's 715,000 share buying by Paradigm was not for NCIB purposes. I have noticed recently that numerous times there has been no TMX insider report after Paradigm buying in the market showing for sure a large buyer has been lurking and building a position in ROI while we retail guys seem unaware. I'm surprised Try hasn't been all over this as he usually tracks this quite closely. Nice to see some good size buying, wish I had tracked this more closely as its a good indicator of interest picking up. I would suspect this is a fund buyer given the size & lack of retail investor interest.
