Grant Evans
Chairman and Chief Executive Officer
Grant was named Chairman and CEO of SPYRUS in late 2018. He is a seasoned senior executive and serial CEO with nearly 30 years of operating experience. He has served as Chairman and CEO of multiple public and private companies on a global basis.
Prior to joining SPYRUS, Grant was the CEO of NetFortris—a nationwide Unified Communications Networking company where he remains active as a board member. Prior to NetFortris, he was Chairman and CEO of ActivIdentity, a NASDAQ listed company. He is recognized for turning around the company, which was subsequentially acquired by HID for a 300% stock appreciation. Grant also served previously as the CEO of Ventraq, the CEO of A4Vision, and was a founder of Identicator Technology.
Grant also serves and has served on a number of boards including NetFortris, 3VR, Inc; a Kliener Perkins portfolio company, Bioscrypt, Inc a publicly traded Toronto Exchange company, and Bell ID.
