Before is a list of the services and/or products that Route1 provides -- or should I say 'has available for sale'. There are 20 separate entries. What amazes me is that months go by and we never see a news release regarding any kind of sales contracts on any of 20 separate entities. Is that because sales are of such small proportions e.g. individual items, that a news release is not warranted and whatever sales may take place are just covered in a blanket statement in a quarterly report. It seems to me that to be a survivor as a public entity in a Venture market place then publicly disseminated news is required.
Small cap stocks tend to live or die based on news releases. They have less tendency towards survival and growth if they remain silent and have no transparency. It is not hard to tell where ROI fits
over the past year -- or more. In my opinion if we continue on this same lack of transparency mode then chances of survival could diminish even more. When it was just a Mobikey company at least there was a flow of periodic news releases.
At the end of December, 2020 the news was released regarding the loss of the AirWatch infringement suit. The share price went into a tail spin shortly after that. Covid did not help one can admit but at the same time remote services requiring VPN type services became a big thing.
In September of 2020 a news release had identified a sale to First Community Bank for a MobiKey system in preference to VPN.
As far as sales news releases I believe the last one was for a small contract to supply Licence Plate Readers to the State of California on June 28, 2021 -- about 16 months ago.
