Just did the math.  Only 42 million shares outstanding.   Don't really see how they can do that.

We don't have any value now so why not? I suspect that given time they will take this private and give all share holders the bone wrapped in sand!

One never knows -- look at SYTA. They qualified for Nasdaq by doing a 1 for 145 reverse split. They have now been informed that they no longer meet minimum standards.
