Green Energy merger

It was nice to see a recent Merger between Plutonic Power and Magma Energy,announced April 28th.It bodes well for our little company.At a measley Market Cap of only $10 million our company could easily be swallowed by a bigger fish.Once the PP is closed the handcuffs will be off.My gut tells me that there will be big news following the PP.We are seriously under valued!Do some research into some of the other companys in the Green Energy space and you will see what I mean.
Management and Insiders have $Millions of their own money invested here. I am not selling a share until they do.

Insiders have no experience running companies and have just had to write off millions in bad projects. This company has never made a profit and others are just waiting for the last gasp before picking up the spoils. They can sell off the last bits at hopefully a bit more than the last placement but why did it take so long to close if it was such a good deal. I think this is the last attempt to ...more
