RE: Deal still on?Anything is possible, but of course when one vends an asset into a shell, with millions of free trading shares out in the "publics hands" (lol), they usually in fact often own or control most of those shares, one way or another, whatever it looks like on paper, whatever they say. That is definitely my opinion, FROM EXPERIENCE. This is an old game and still popular using Nasdaq OTCBB shells and Canadian mining shells, where you own all the free trading shares (because a person or group have bought the shell as a package deal) which are held somewhere else. These shells are bought often for this exact reason, and as well there is a business in accumulating these same shells. You buy one at the going rate, which depends upon "how clean it is" and how many of the shares out you can get delivered to you, keeping in mind that you need a number of shares out in the publics hands with a minimum number of shareholders to make it look real. You buy it, vend in something, promote the hly sh*t out of it, sell a good piece of those free trading shares on the promotion and the holders of all that free trading stock walk away with tax free dollars. Lets say I buy a shell for 750K get 95% of the shares and then vend in something. I use some of those free trading shares to "assist, stimulate" call it whatever you like, to promote the stock. I sell 20 million shares on the promotion or whatever number I net, at multi dollars on the promotion. Do I really care much about what happens after??? Like I said, what other reason can you give for anyone, to vend in a valuable asset and give it away to others? Why would they dilute their asset to new shareholders of any substance? Where is the benefit to them? So if what you say happens, I would have to conclude what many thought was going on in the first place is the case, that being exactly what I just outlined as possible, or some version of this game. Am I saying this is what is going on? NO Am I saying to view this with very clear glasses? Yes Do I really care as an High River Gold holder? Not really, but the knock on effects of this sort of deal can cause major delays and hassles in the development of the project. Why anyone with an asset like Prognoz would go the shell route is in itself very questionable. VERY, in my opinion. If so it smells of small time promoters, way out of their league in the development of a world class resource. My opinion again of course, which guess what? We can still voice, no matter whom it pis*es off. So as for Roscan, it will be very interesting to see them try what you suggest, as like I said, it will indicate in itself something, at least to me!
