The last financing was completed at 42 cents, less than 6 months ago, and more than 35 million shares have been issued. I'm not even telling you about the purchase options.
According to the current SP, funding of a similar amount to the previous one could dilute the shareholding by an additional 60 million shares. Do you really want to participate in this carnage?
I am not passing judgment on this exploration permit because the information is insufficient. Therefore, no one can claim that a 25-cent Roscan share is a bargain.
Considering the progress of this project and all the money that will be necessary to conclude an assessment of the real value of this permit, I believe that it is essential to stay away from Roscan for at least one year.
