valuation

valuationIf memory serves, always a risky propposition for me these days, the price per ounce paid for our nieghour is a multiple of the last valuation that I saw of us.  Since then we have seen significant exploration sucess, as well as minor dilution.  Should mean a nice bump in price at some point-unfortunately that point is probably when someone finally takes us out.  The idea of going alone and developing the property is intriguing and probably good negotiating  leverage but, honestly, who wants the the ten year wait whilst Africa boils?  I was a big MXI shareholder in 2010 when the lid blew off Mali, never again.  If the good lord giveth, taketh and runneth!
