Heavy dilution coming
How much longer can ROS extend creditors with zero capital and no positive news to raise capital? No choice but to massively dilute all shareholders to stay solvent as there must be issues behind the scenes getting the mining permit. Big selling volume today so somebody wants out. Not a single news release, interview, update to shareholders in 5 months. Not looking good. Both Gentile and the CEO indicated mining permit was coming by year end so they should be held accountable by shareholders to their comments.

It's out of their hands , nothing to do but wait for the sanxtions be lifted and mining permit granted
