Close to the 25% dilutive threshold along with full warrant at a bargin basement price of say 3 cents !  Looks like the Texas money is moving north for a piece the NFLD gold ! 

 In addition, Mr. Austin III will receive the right to nominate an additional director of the company when specific conditions have been met.
