Share dilution, pp??? Don't think so, JV instead !!! ROZ has some news coming ( could be a JV with a large and well financed company as the CEO mentioned they were on talks with some companies )
The land package ROZ has is huge the focus area is over 23 millions gross acres and there is oil in the area as ROZ has showed and it is just matter of time for ROZ to drill on the right spot
Regarding the head and shoulders, I don't think so, you obviously don't know T/A
ROZ is on it's way up,
It when up on accumulation on high volume and it had to pull back a bit , normal correction ( and it did on low volume ) before it continues moving up
ROZ's .08 strong resistance before it's run to .135, became a very strong support and it did not break it, now ROZ is ready to test the .135 again, if it breaks it this time we could see the first gap close.
Chart is ready. indicators turning positive,short down trend line broken, emva about to cross, volume is picking up and news are on the way ........ROZ is looking very good
And of course there is the possibility of a take over, you never know look around and many companies are being bought out at discount prices and ROZ at these prices is an ideal candidate,
