Bad news & good news. Dilution but working capital. We also got a bit of an update, vague as it is. The Dermal Injector is obviously at the top of the list for to do items for this fresh money injection.

I think this first Tranche of shares has produced enough working capital to get the Dermal Injector to CE Mark approval.  It will be interesting to see how many more shares will be sold before they close this offering in 3 weeks.  The question is:  will there be an update before this Private Placement is close.

I guess the answer is no.  We wait.  They obviously are sitting on this update until the audit is completed and the Private Placement is closed.  You would think that there would be some speculators banking on good news coming because of people buying into this Private Placement but that has not been the case.

So the audit completes at the end of the month, when is the private placement supposed to close?

This is from the July 15th NR:  We anticipate closing on a larger tranche of funding shortly with investors who have already expressed commitments to participate. Such funding will ensure we are able to submit our application for marketing approval of our dermal injector, launch sales of the injector and consumables, and trigger the first milestone payment from our partner in greater China
