I have not checked in for a while and am pleased that there is some dialogue here.  Hopefully we can defeat this opportunisitic bid.  There is nothing to lose as the shares of RPC, MRC and also uninvolved TWH are badly undervalued due to Rai's great financial skills and his shotty treatment of those who have invested. 

It is possible that the absence of a large holder will help as Rai will not get the % of holders he needs. 

I am keen to see the valuations that they have come up with.  There is no reason to trust the outside directors perhaps with the exception of Mr. Simmons.  I hope that he has kept them straight as Bruce had been buying prior to the offer.
