Smyril, Im surprised by your vote.  Your Dec31 posting seemed very sensible.   "I believe that we should come up with a slate of 3 potential directors of our own taken from Front Fours suggested nominees, and collectively vote them into a directorial position. This would shake up the current Board, give Front Four some boardroom influence without giving them control"  I'm curious at what factors tipped your decision in the other direction? Sector experience doesn't cut it for me especially when that experience may include milking shareholders.  Only the last vote counts so you still have time to make the smark vote.
