  • yes, either. I've had no one that I've spoken with state that there is an asset issue. it all relates to their balance sheet and how investors were totally shocked by their announcement of an overspend of $40MM. to someone that either has currency to raise $ to pay off debt, or has the balance sheet already to absorb the $290MM of debt, the value of the assets that are being artificially suppressed by the marekt should get unlocked

  • I'm not talking a 100% premium or anything but the value of this company in my opinion exeeds the current share price by a fair margin. They are suffering #1 by a perception issue.
