RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:This is tax loss selling monthJust as a reminder, the NPV @ 10% discount as per RPL's presentation is more like $3.50/share. In fact the basic fundamentals at trading way below NAV (keep in mind though that most juniors trade below NAV but RPL is toward the bottom end) as well as a price at less than 2xCF with a 10%+ dividend to boot, make RPL a compelling buy. You can also throw in the great IRR on their recent acquistion. Debt is a bit high but not extraordinarily so (<3xCF). We just need to get the act at the top together to move forward.
