RE: THE PAST REPEATS ITSELFI'm not jumpimg on any body, All I asked was that if anybody heard the same thing I did so i could verify the facts.
Because my next door neighbour works there! Just that all the info he gave me does add up, but i want reassure myself. And my other neighbour is a Broker For Scotia Discount. He says more or less the same but also in the dark in a few areas.
